Terma & conditions all apply all ordered placed for products identified on the Seba Digital online order system. Please read them carefully, they are supplied as a guide only. Online Prices
Online prices are correct at time of publication and are subject to change.
All prices include VAT at 20.00%.
Payment
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via PayPal.
Cards we accept, (MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Visa Purchasing / Solo / Switch).
All payments must be made at the time of purchase and are made subject to acceptance by you of the site's terms and conditions. Fulfilment of the order is subject to stock availability and acceptance of your order and Nice device is under no obligation to fulfil your order. The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Seba Digital have cleared in full.
Order Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in £ GBP Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. Seba Digital monitors prices on a daily basis.
We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Seba Digital reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.
Delivery
Your order will be sent to you in 1-2 days after funds have cleared.

Credit Card Security
At this stage, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page, your details will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details.
Refunds Policy
If you feel you have been incorrectly charged for the products you have ordered or that your delivery is different to that of your original order - except where it has been agreed in advance by both Seba Digital and the customer, please contact us via email or by phone. Any refunds will be made within 10 working days.
Cancellation Policy
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel. If the order is cancelled due to an error by the customer a 3% charge will be levied on the order - only 97% of the product amount will be refunded. This is to cover the cost of credit card surcharges of 3% that is charged to Seba digital for each credit and debit card purchase. The cost of postage will not be refunded id the order has been despatched and then cancelled by the customer.

Complaints
If you need to make a complaint about the services or products provided by Seba Digital or in the efficiency that your order has been handled, please contact us via email or call us by phone. All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours of its receipt and we aim to resolve your complaints as quickly as possible. Such matters will be treated in the strictest confidence and you will be kept informed of the progress if the complaint is about a third party i.e. couriers. In the event that goods ordered by you have not been received within 10 working days please contact us via the instructions stated earlier.
Unlawful or Prohibited Use
You shall not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or by any means prohibited under this terms and conditions. You shall not use this site in any manner, which may harm <!--Company_Name--> or other parties or adversely affect the site functionality or its use by others. You shall not attempt or obtain from or through this site any information that is not already and intentionally made available from or through it.
