Where a product is received in a broken or defective condition, please contact us via email or by phone to receive an RMA number . Please note that we will not accept return of any product unless such return has been authorized in advance. Where possible an item will be replaced with another of the same type. Any refunds, except the cost of postage, will be refunded within 10 days of receipt of the cancelled items by Seba Digital. Any sealed or boxed items of blank media that have been opened or unsealed by the customer shall be irrevocable.

If you need to make a complaint about the services or products provided by Seba Digital or in the efficiency that your order has been handled, please contact us via email or call us by phone. All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours of its receipt and we aim to resolve your complaints as quickly as possible. Such matters will be treated in the strictest confidence and you will be kept informed of the progress if the complaint is about a third party i.e. couriers. In the event that goods ordered and you have not received it within 10 working days please contact us through the instructions stated earlier.

Cancellation Policy
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to return your order at within 7 days afer receiving your goods.The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel. If the order is cancelled due to an error by the customer a 3% charge will be levied on the order - only 97% of the product amount will be refunded. This is to cover the cost of credit card surcharges of 3% that is charged to Seba digital for each credit and debit card purchase. The cost of postage will not be refunded if the order has been despatched and then cancelled by the customer.
