Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

Changed your mind? No problem — here's how we handle returns.

You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order to change your mind. We keep the process simple and honest, and we handle every refund by hand — not by algorithm.

Your right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to notify us that you'd like to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return them to us.

How to start a return

Before sending anything back, please contact us to get an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) number. Unauthorised returns can't be accepted at our workshop.

What can & can't be returned

✓ Returnable

  • Unopened, unused items in original packaging
  • Products with all seals, tags and accessories intact
  • Wrong item sent or delivery discrepancies
  • Faulty or defective goods (see below)

✗ Non-returnable

  • Blank media (CD-R, DVD, Blu-ray, tapes) once the seal is broken
  • Items damaged through customer misuse
  • Software or digital downloads once activated
  • Special-order or personalised items

Refund timelines

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2-3 working days. Card issuers may then take a further 2–5 working days to show the credit on your statement.

Return postage

If you're cancelling under your 14-day right, return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, incorrect or damaged. We recommend a tracked/signed-for service — we can't refund items that don't reach us.

If the return is because of our error (wrong item, faulty product, damaged in transit), we'll cover your reasonable return postage. Keep the receipt.

Faulty or damaged items

If your product develops a fault within the manufacturer's warranty period, or arrives damaged, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement, repair or refund depending on the situation — you don't lose your statutory rights either way.

Nothing here removes your statutory rights. UK consumer law gives you protections that sit alongside this policy. If in doubt, ask us.
