When we dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are picked and packed the same day, Weekend and bank holiday orders are processed on the next working day. You'll receive a dispatch email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Delivery timings
Standard estimates are 2–3 working days for Royal Mail and 1–2 working days for courier. Delivery windows can vary during peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, bank holidays) — we'll always keep you informed if we spot a delay.
